No. Wopecar prefers online payment via Visa card, Mobile Money (MOMO), or direct bank transfer.
What do you need to rent a car at Carlico? Open Close
A valid driver license, another national ID, minimum age requirement, accepted payment mode, and proof of residence.
How can I obtain a receipt or proof of payment? Open Close
An email invoice and receipt will be sent directly to your email.
What forms of payment are available to rent a car? Open Close
Paystack online payment (Visa, MasterCard, Mobile Money), direct mobile money, and direct bank transfer.

Do I pay a fee for returning a rented car late? Open Close
Late return will attract a full day charge unless a time extension is requested by rider.
What are the business days and hours of work? Open Close
Business days are Monday to Saturday. Working hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM. We do not operate on Sundays.
Can I have my car delivered to me? Open Close
Yes. Rides are delivered directly to your location at a flat fee within Accra.

What do I do if I have an accident? Open Close
Contact customer support immediately. Do not attempt to fix damages yourself. Some damages caused by rider may be rider responsibility.
What are the cleaning and safety policies on Carliko? Open Close
Interior cleaning, sanitization, fuel level, basic mechanical are checked. Cars have valid inspection, valid insurance, working seatbelts, spare tire, etc.
What do I do about fuel? Open Close
Cars are delivered fully fueled and must be returned fully fueled. Rider should record fuel level before and after trip.
Is there an age requirement? Open Close
Carliko renters must be 21 years and above.
Can I make a one day booking? Open Close
Yes for chauffeured service, No for self-drive. Minimum days apply for self-drive.
Does the same rate apply to all destinations? Open Close
No. Rates differ from region to region.
Are there other costs aside the rental amount? Open Close
Yes. Depending on booking type, security deposit, delivery fee, driver allowance, and accommodation may apply.
What is a security deposit? Open Close
Refundable fee when vehicle is returned in same condition. Amount depends on car type and rental period.
