Can you rent a car with cash?
Yes, you can with full payment accepted at delivery, but Wopecar prefers online payment via Visa card or Mobile Money (MOMO).
What do you need to rent a car on Carliko?
To rent a car on Carliko, you need a valid driver's licence, to be at least 21 years old and an accepted paying method (card, paypal, mobilemoney).
How can I obtain a receipt or proof of payment?
An email invoice and receipt will be sent directly to your email.
What forms of payment are available to rent a car?
Paystack online payment (Visa, MasterCard, mobile money), direct mobile money, and cash on delivery.

Do I pay a fee for returning a rented car late?
Late return attracts an extra 10% fee of the total rented cost unless a time extension is requested by rider.
What are the business days and hours of work?
Business days are Monday to Saturday. Working hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm. We do not operate on Sundays.
Can I have my car delivered to me?
Yes. You can request ride delivery directly to your home at a flat fee.

Is there an age requirement?
Wopecar renters must be 22 years and above.
What do I do if I have an accident?
Contact customer support immediately. Do not attempt to fix damages yourself.
What are the cleaning and safety policies on Carliko?
Cars are delivered clean and disinfected. Riders must return booked cars completely clean.
What do I do about fuel?
Cars are delivered fully fueled and must be returned fully fueled.
Can I make a one day booking?
Yes for chauffeured service. For self-drive, minimum days apply.
Does the same rate apply to all destinations?
Rates differ from region to region.
Are there other costs aside the rental amount?
Depending on option, security deposit, delivery fee, and chauffeur-related allowances may apply.
What is the security deposit?
Refundable fee when vehicle is returned in same condition. Amount depends on rental details.
